Currently, both downhole Nuclear Magnetic Resonance(NMR) detection and online NMR measurements require fast and accurate multi-dimensional NMR information of the sample. Therefore, fast NMR pulse sequence is particularly important.
The Driven-Equilibrium Carr-Purcell Meiboom-Gill [1] (DECPMG) pulse sequence includes two unites, one is DE part and the other one is CPMG part, as shown in figure 1. In only one scan, two types of signal scould be acquired: one consists of the information both T1 andT2 by DE, the other one consists of the information of T2 by CPMG. Then, two dimensional T1-T2 map can be obtained with a global inversion method [2] , as shown in figure 2.
DECPMG pulse sequence can greatly accelerate the speed of two dimensional T1-T2 measurement. However, inhomogeneous magnetic field will reduce the accuracy of the results which will constrain the application of the pulse sequence.
