Conference registration is now closed

 

Ampere Membership

All scientific attendees must be an Ampere member for the year 2017 to attend ICMRM 2017. A one-year full rate membership costs 35 Euro, one-year student memberships costs of 17.50 Euro. The benefits of Ampere are described on the Ampere website. Ampere memberships can be purchased under the membership signup tab on the Ampere website. If you are uncertain whether or not you are presently an Ampere member, you may check your membership status here.

 

Registration Costs

Note all prices below are in Canadian dollars. A currency converter can be found under the useful information tab. As of June 2017, the exchange rate for the US dollar is 1.34 CAD = 1 USD and for the Euro it is 1.51 CAD = 1 EUR.

 

The conference early registration deadline has been extended to end of day July 5th.

The conference cancellation deadline has also been extended to end of day July 5th.

Registration, both student registration and regular registration, includes the opening reception, closing dinner, and lunches during the conference. Note above that one must be an Ampere member to attend ICMRM 2017.

 

Opening Reception and Closing Dinner Tickets, separate from conference registration, must be purchased in advance. Single tickets are intended, as examples, for accompanying persons or exhibitors. Tickets will not be available on site.

 

Cancellation

Cancellation is possible with a 100% refund minus 10 dollars until June 30th. After that date, refunds are not possible.
